Welcome to BoxShip. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our shipping management platform and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BoxShip services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all users, including merchants, administrators, and API consumers.
2. Description of Services
BoxShip provides a multi-carrier shipping management platform that enables businesses to manage shipments, track deliveries, automate fulfillment workflows, and integrate with carriers and sales channels. Services include but are not limited to: shipment creation and tracking, carrier integration, label generation, notification management, analytics, and API access.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Each organization may have multiple users with different roles and permissions.
4. Subscription and Billing
BoxShip offers tiered subscription plans (Free, Starter, Scale, Enterprise) with different features and shipment allowances. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are in SAR unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the services for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with other users enjoyment of the services; upload malicious code or content; violate any applicable laws or regulations; use the services to send spam or unsolicited communications; reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform.
6. Carrier Services
BoxShip acts as a technology intermediary connecting you with third-party shipping carriers. We do not provide shipping services directly. Carrier availability, rates, and service levels are subject to change. We are not responsible for carrier performance, delays, lost packages, or damage during transit. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
7. Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data you submit to BoxShip. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data as necessary to provide the services. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of shipment data including addresses and package details.
8. API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. You must keep API keys confidential and are responsible for all activity under your keys. We reserve the right to suspend API access for abuse or violation of these terms. API documentation and SDKs are provided as-is.
9. Limitation of Liability
BoxShip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for carrier actions, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BoxShip harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be deleted.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
